Lessons

Lessons are billed at the end of each month and are due on receipt.  Please see price list for pricing.  Payment can be in the form of cash, cheque or etransfer.  All fees are subject to GST.

All lessons that require travel will be subject to a fuel surcharge.  Both on pay as you go and monthly packages.

Lessons are to start on time; depending on your skill level, this may mean different things.  Please clarify with me if you are unsure of how ready to be by the lesson start time.  Time missed at the beginning cannot be added to the end.

  • Payment is due at the end of each month
  • Overdue accounts will be charged a late fee
  • All no shows will be charged in full
  • 24 hrs notice for any cancellations
    • No fee & make up may be offered
    • If not, you will be charged for this lesson & no make up will be offered
  • Make up lessons may not be in the same format as original lesson or with regular horse.  IE: may be private, group or unmounted

*Cancellations due to weather.

  • Unless the weather is extremely ugly or the footing unsafe, I am game to teach.  If you are not prepared to ride, regular cancellation rules apply.
  • Smokey fire conditions will be the exception

*At Eden Equine we understand that there are sometimes extenuating circumstances that make the above impossible.  Please feel free to discuss with me and alternate arrangements can attempt to be made.  But please understand that this is my time.  I do my best to be flexible but understand that there are other's counting on my time as well.

*Also note, that although I do my very best to run on time due to patchy cell reception in some areas I teach I may be unable to alert you that I am running late.  If I am late, I will either add time at the end or book a make up time at a different date

*Please bear with me while I figure out teaching with a child! This will take some practice! Life with Delilah is absolutely wonderful but requires a bit more planning. In order for me to give each of you my very best I ask that we all do our best to work within the above guidelines.
